It is a professional manufacturer of spiral pipes. Established in 2010, the company occupies a site of 30,000 square meters, with a total building area of 12,000 square meters. It operates two double‑sided submerged‑arc spiral welding lines and four double‑sided submerged‑arc straight‑seam welding lines, and is fully equipped with state‑of‑the‑art production facilities, advanced manufacturing processes, cutting‑edge equipment, and comprehensive testing instruments.
Canghai steel pipe products are used in pipeline transportation and piling for industries such as natural gas, petroleum, chemical engineering, electric power, heating, water supply and drainage, sugar production, and papermaking, as well as in subway steel support structures and other steel‑structure applications.
To ensure the quality of product welding, Canghai Steel Pipe’s production line is equipped with Lincoln welding equipment from the United States and corresponding nondestructive testing devices. These include portable X-ray inspection for full‑weld seam examination, ultrasonic testing, and hydrostatic pressure testing. A comprehensive system of quality control points and inspection stations has been established, along with a complete process flow and relevant physicochemical testing equipment, all aimed at ensuring that product quality—covering appearance, geometric dimensions, and weld root integrity—fully complies with the industry standards of the Petroleum Industry Ministry.
