In recent days, Canghai has been simultaneously prioritizing epidemic prevention and ramping up production, accelerating the fulfillment of spiral steel pipe orders to meet demand across multiple regions both within and outside the province. In the first quarter of this year, order volumes not only held steady but actually increased, with sales rising by 100% year over year.

In recent days, Canghai has been simultaneously prioritizing epidemic prevention and ramping up production, expediting the manufacture of spiral steel pipe orders to meet demand across numerous regions both within and outside the province. In the first quarter of this year, orders not only held steady but actually increased, with sales volume rising 100% year over year.

Canghai Steel Pipe’s flagship products include spiral‑seam double‑sided submerged‑arc welded steel pipes with diameters ranging from 219 to 3,420 mm and wall thicknesses from 6 to 26 mm, as well as large‑diameter thick‑walled straight‑seam double‑sided submerged‑arc welded steel pipes—whose wall thickness can reach up to 70 mm. With an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons, our products are widely used in pipeline systems for natural gas, petroleum, chemicals, power generation, heating, water supply and drainage, sugar refining, papermaking, and other industries, as well as in piling applications and steel support structures for subways. To ensure superior weld quality, our production lines are fully equipped with state-of-the-art Lincoln welding equipment from the United States, complemented by nondestructive testing devices tailored to each line, including portable X‑ray inspection for full‑weld‑seam flaw detection, ultrasonic testing, and hydrostatic pressure testing. We have established comprehensive quality control and inspection checkpoints, along with a complete process flow and a full suite of physicochemical testing instruments specific to our products. As a result, our products meet all requirements of the SY/T 5037‑2012 industry standard issued by the Petroleum Industry Ministry, with respect to appearance, geometric dimensions, and root‑pass weld quality.
