Their advantages include uniform coating, strong adhesion of the steel pipe surface, and a long service life. In hot‑dip galvanized steel pipes, complex physicochemical reactions occur between the steel substrate and the galvanizing bath, forming a dense, corrosion‑resistant zinc‑iron alloy layer that integrates seamlessly with both the pure zinc coating and the steel base.
